Kachina Fredricks - Owner/Trainer
Kachina originally came to Boston to attend Emerson College and graduated with a BFA in Dance/Theater. After college, her love for movement led her to Pilates, and eventually, GYROTONIC® and TRX® certifications. She completed her 600 hour comprehensive certification through Power Pilates and regularly attends workshops and trainings to keep her practices current in order to challenge her clients and herself. She is passionate about these movement methods and strives to empower her clients to feel the same while getting in the best shape of their lives. Kachina has experience working with all types of clientele and bodies including pre and post-natal women, clients with injuries, celebrity clientele, and many others. She lives for the chance to introduce someone to Pilates for the first time and watch them fall in love with it.

Megan Hounslea - Trainer/Studio Manager
Megan is a graduate from Walnut Hill School and holds a BFA in Dance from The Boston Conservatory. She discovered Pilates at the age of eleven, after a back injury left her unable to move without extreme pain. Pilates alleviated her back pain, quickened her recovery, and improved her overall dancing ability. She completed her Power Pilates Comprehensive Training in 2006 and has since studied Pilates extensively, having taken many continuing education courses in Classical Pilates and Archival Pilates Progressions. Megan has worked with all types of clientele; athletes, dancers, moms-to-be, as well as clients with injuries such as herniated discs and joint replacements. Her upbeat personality and determination to help others has proved to be an inspiration to her clients. Her lessons combine hard work and fun to give her clients what they need to achieve their goals.

Luis Viana - Trainer
Luis hold a B. S. in Physical Education and has 10 years experience in the fitness field. He received his Pilates Certification in Brazil in 1999 through The Pilates Guild under the guidance of Romana Kryzanowska and Sari Mejia-Santo. Luis has studied with many prestigious teachers such as Clare Dunphy, Michael Rooks, Shari Berkowitz and Bob Liekens. Luis believes in making clients feel better through an invigorating and fun sessions that focus the mind and body to work as a whole.

Ana Reyes - Trainer
Ana came to Pilates as a martial artist looking for an efficient and intelligent way to heal her body after years of injuries, and to gain a greater understanding of anatomy and proper biomechanics. Her teaching style focuses on enthusiastically encouraging your body to move in the best, most efficient manner. Ana holds a Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body and has taken continuing education courses with Karen Clippenger, Bob Liekens, and Shari Berkowitz. She is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is a certified IMPACT Self Defense instructor, with extensive experience teaching to trauma and abuse survivors. A 10+ year Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga practioner, she is currently studying with Patricia Walden and Nancy Turnquist. A California native, she came to the east coast to study Film and Spanish Literature at Cornell University.She is also a commercial and fine artist, avid cook, and long-distance runner.

Nora Babich - Trainer
Nora is a former Ballet Dancer with Sacramento Ballet and Ballet Pacifica. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Fine Arts with a BFA in Dance. Nora earned her Pilates teaching certification from Studio Du Corps in Costa Mesa, CA under the supervision of Diane Diefenderfer. Her teaching style reflects work of Ron Fletcher and her ballet background and focuses on flexibility, lengthening muscles and posture. Tara Hutton - Trainer
Tara Hutton received a BFA in Dance Performance from Butler University in 2011. Tara graduated from Lolita San Miguel’s Pilates Master Mentor Program, where she became a Master Second Generation Teacher and a Lolita Legacy Educator. She received her Pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International with a Dance Specialty. She is thrilled to teach Pilates in the most authentic way, as she learned through Lolita San Miguel and as Lolita learned from Joseph Pilates. Tara currently dances for North Atlantic Dance Theatre and has danced in the Corps de Ballet at Bay Pointe Ballet in San Francisco and California Ballet in San Diego.Tara grew up in Wichita, Kansas. She is excited to share her love of Pilates at Pilates Back Bay.

Dallas Coggins-Tuttle - Trainer
Dallas spent the majority of her childhood in North Carolina training extensively in gymnastics. After earning a B.A. in Creative Writing in Santa Fe she made her way back east. Looking for a way to rekindle her love of fitness she found Pilates. With the encouragement of her instructor, she began her comprehensive teacher training through the Power Pilates method.
