Kachina originally came to Boston to attend Emerson College and graduated with a BFA in Dance/Theater. After college, her love for movement led her to Pilates, and eventually, GYROTONIC® and TRX® certifications. She completed her 600 hour comprehensive certification through Power Pilates and regularly attends workshops and trainings to keep her practices current in order to challenge her clients and herself. She is passionate about these movement methods and strives to empower her clients to feel the same while getting in the best shape of their lives. Kachina has experience working with all types of clientele and bodies including pre and post-natal women, clients with injuries, celebrity clientele, and many others. She lives for the chance to introduce someone to Pilates for the first time and watch them fall in love with it.

Nora is a former Ballet Dancer with Sacramento Ballet and Ballet Pacifica. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Fine Arts with a BFA in Dance. Nora earned her Pilates teaching certification from Studio Du Corps in Costa Mesa, CA under the supervision of Diane Diefenderfer. Her teaching style reflects work of Ron Fletcher and her ballet background and focuses on flexibility, lengthening muscles and posture.

Catherine is trained in both classical and contemporary styles of Pilates honoring the original work of Joseph H. Pilates. She began teaching Pilates Mat and TRX Suspension Training while pursuing a career in nursing. Catherine went on to complete her 600 hour comprehensive certification through Power Pilates and obtained her license as a Registered Nurse. She is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and regularly attends trainings and workshops to further develop her knowledge of Pilates philosophy.

Megan is a classically trained Pilates teacher. She has both her Mat I and Mat II certifications and has completed her 600-hour Comprehensive Apparatus training, all through Power Pilates. After many years of demanding jobs requiring high amounts of travel, Megan found Pilates as a grounding practice that she could find accessible almost anywhere across the country, world or even in the comfort of a hotel room. Megan enjoys the depth of practice Pilates brings to people at all levels and the approachability it offers for overall long-term health while promoting practical and functional movement. Megan has called Boston home since 2011 and enjoys exploring all the city has to offer, cooking and baking new recipes, while also spending time with friends and her family in CT!
Nicole is a Chicago native who moved to Boston to follow her passion in the health, wellness and fitness industry through employee wellness and services technology. She is a former dancer with The Big Muddy Dance Company, and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Arizona, School of Fine Arts with a BFA in Dance. Nicole's training is sourced from the Fletcher lineage. She trained directly under Kyria Sabin-Waugaman, the Lineage holder of Fletcher Pilates®, at Body Works Pilates in Tucson, AZ. This is where she completed the Fletcher Pilates® Comprehensive Program to become a Fletcher Pilates® Qualified Teacher. Nicole's mission is to share her love and knowledge of this work to improve the overall well-being of her clients so they can live their lives to the fullest
Heather is a Boston native and Classical Pilates teacher. She was comprehensively trained through the Pilates Center of Boulder, CO. Heather has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years, originally certified through BASI Pilates while living in San Francisco. Heather also completed a 500 hour yoga teacher certification through Barbara Benagh's Yoga Studio in Brookline, MA. Heather loves practicing and teaching both Pilates and yoga, using both modalities to find the delicate balance between effort and ease in movement.
Alicia relocated to Boston in November 2020 after 16 years in NYC. She comes from a ballet background and found that Pilates gave her an interesting perspective on how to correct many things she had worked on for years in the ballet studio. Alicia's certification is from the Kane School in Manhattan. She focuses on core and pelvic stability in order to achieve a healthy Pilates practice. She is excited to be living in New England and exploring all it has to offer.
Kristen DeLillo is a dance artist and teacher from MA. After college she moved to NYC where she pursued dance and began her pilates career. Kristen received training through Polestar Pilates, a rehab focused philosophy of movement. She went on to work in physical therapy offices assisting physical therapists and teaching Pilates to patients. She also taught clients under her own business, guiding clients in full body mindful workouts. Her love of dance has fueled her personal teaching philosophy, infusing opposition and length into every session. Having moved back to MA, Kristen is ready to continue teaching Pilates and meeting new faces.

Isabella is a recently certified Pilates teacher and is currently in pursuit of a contemporary dance B.F.A. and business degree at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music. She got her Pilates certification with Studio du Corps in Newport Beach, CA under Diane Diefenderfer and Laura Hanlon. Her training is directly sourced from the teachings of Joseph Pilates and Ron Fletcher. Isabella has brown up training extensively in dance, primarily focused on ballet, modern and contemporary, as well as having worked in a plethora of other somatic practices such as yoga and Gyrokinesis. Blending a background of dance and Pilates, she works to empower and motivate clients while helping them to blend body and mind for an effective Pilates workout.

Jasmine is originally from Connecticut where she grew up dancing Ballet. This led to serious study and certifications in the classical Peak Pilates Method, as well as in other movement modalities such as yoga, barre and personal training. Jasmine has taught in private clubs on Nantucket and in Florida and is thrilled to be a member of the Pilates Back Bay family. She is looking forward to giving back to her adopted community through the gift of mindful movement.
